Using a PC:

If you use Outlook 2007 for your calendar, you should have no problems subscribing to the community calendar. If you have Outlook 2003, however, you will need an add-in. The following will describe how to get set up.

Remote Calendar freeware: Go to the following web site and click the green DOWNLOAD tab on the page.

Unzip the contents on your desktop. A folder called RemoteCalendarSetup-6.3 will be created. Open this folder.

Open the Prerequisites folder and click on VSTOR and follow the instructions.

Back up to the RemoteCalendarSetup folder and click RemoteCalendarsSetup. Follow the instructions.

Open Outlook and click on Calendar. If the installation went right, on the top toolbar on the right, there will be an icon that looks like a calendar and has iCal next to it. Click on this.

A window will open. Click on "Add New..."

Under "Name", name the calendar whatever you like.

Under Remote Calendar URL, enter:
http://icalx.com/public/jlterry/CPIcalendar.ics

Refresh it how often you like.

You can import the community calendar events directly in your regular calendar, or you can create or put it into a new calendar.

Click "Save/Reload" and you're done! Now, every time the community calendar is updated, and you synchronize with it, your calendar will be updated too!

Using a Mac:

When the calendar is open on the web site, go to the bottom and hit “synchronize”.
